Children between 2 years 6 months & 6 years 6 months are eligible for admission in Kindergarten. Admission in Kindergarten can be sought anytime during the academic year. Admissions are subject to seats availability the reports of assessment

GRADES 1 to 6
Currently, we are offering admissions for mid-term & next academic year (2025 - 26)
In accordance with our age-appropriate system, a child must be 6 years + by January 1st to be eligible for admission into Grade 1 the following June. Similarly, by January 1st a child must be 7 years + for admission into Grade 2, 8 years + into Grade 03, 9 years + into Grade 04, 10 years + into Grade 05 & 11 years + into Grade 06
We are until Grade 06 this year & we will grow by one section each year
until we reach Grade 10 by the year 2028

You can write a detailed email that includes your child’s name, date of birth, name of the current / previous school and reason for change, etc. Also please mention whether you are seeking admission or exploring possibilities and send it to us at enquiry.koc@gmail.com along with your name, mobile number (preferably WhatsApp number) and your current location. Our team will respond to you in a day or two.
STEP 2
Attending the OPEN HOUSE
STEP 3
After attending the Open House session, send email to: enquiry.koc@gmail.com to express their interest in taking forward the admission process for their child.
STEP 4
Assessment of the child– this will be done as a physical meeting for 4-5 days in the campus the child is being considered for. The purpose of this meeting will be to observe the child and determine the child’s needs and assess if we are able to meet the child’s needs. This will also be an opportunity for us to interact with the parents and explain the workings of our school. The parents also will get an opportunity to take a tour of our campus.
STEP 5
Application – Once it is determined that parents have got all the relevant information about the school, they resonate with Steiner philosophy and are willing to be a part of a community that is committed to learning and growing together, they are sent an Application form. The submission of the completed form along with relevant documents and payment of all fees will conclude the admission process.
PS: The KOC School Management will be the final authority on the admission of children.
